We recently worked with Kim on staging her rental property during a full renovation, and it was a true team effort from start to finish. With no kitchen initially, along with new flooring and a full repaint underway, timelines were constantly shifting. Delays from the kitchen installer—first by nearly a month, then again with the benchtop—meant we needed to remain flexible.

With clear communication and reasonable notice, we adjusted our installation dates to suit Kim’s evolving schedule. Once everything was finally in place, we delivered a standout staging that elevated the presentation of the home. Thanks to our close working relationship with the agent, strong buyer interest was generated immediately, resulting in a multi-offer situation after the very first weekend on the market, and a successful sale shortly after.
